It started with a dream! In 1923, Simon Sobie brought his family to America from France where he was working in his trade as a bench man, making hand-made jewelry for a private clientele. In 1945, he established Simon Sobie & Co. His dream was to be able to bring quality and service to his customers. This dream has continued on with his son, grandson and granddaughter. Fifty years later, Simon Sobie & Co. continues to strive to bring to its customers the most innovative styling, superior workmanship and quality service.
